Sample sets are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. We do our best to keep sample sets as well as Tiki, Dia de los Muertos, and Nevada Jacks chips in stock as these are our most popular designs. However, please email us if you have a date that you need your items by so that we can make sure everything you need can be delivered on time. Otherwise, there are no shipping guarantees.
All other chip designs, out of stock denominations, semi-custom, and custom orders are printed as ordered and take approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks for production prior to being ready to ship. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the US (USPS or Fedex), and 6-10 business days to international addresses (USPS).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR FEES CHARGED UPON DELIVERY. These fees vary by location & we do not know what each individual country's fees are. You would need to check with your local post office for import fee information. International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Returns will only be accepted if returned unused, in original packaging with return shipping within 3 days of delivery. On return items, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returned items are also the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued until returned item has been received. Custom orders are not refundable. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process.
