How to Enter

- Submit entries via email to chip@brpropoker.com with the subject line formatted as "Last Name, First Name Poker Chip Design Submission." Participants may submit multiple entries.

- Each entry must include a design for a new poker chip set with the following denominations: 25 cents, $1, $5, $25, $100, $500, $1,000, $5,000, $25,000. The design should maintain a consistent theme across all denominations.

- Must include layered Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files of the design.

- Ensure the design is at least 300 DPI resolution.

- Chip specifications should adhere to:

- Chip Diameter: 1.565"
- Chip Edge: 4.92" x 0.133"
- Text or Symbols on the edge should be centered vertically and no taller than 0.075". Standard stripes fill the entire height of the edge.

Prizes

The prize for each winner is $1,000 and a 500-piece custom poker chip set. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the discretion of BR Pro Poker.

Selection of Winners

- The winner(s) will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by BR Pro Poker.
- Judging criteria will be based on creativity, originality, suitability for production, and market appeal.
- There may be one or more winners.
- Each winner will receive $1,000 and a custom 500-piece poker chip set featuring their design.

Contest Period

The contest begins on May 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on June 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Design Requirements

- No AI-generated artwork is permitted.
- Designs must be original and unpublished.
- No use of copyrighted or trademarked logos or images.
- All text and numbers must be in editable form.

Eligibility

- This contest is open to designers worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of BR Pro Poker and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Rights to Submitted Work

By submitting an entry, entrants grant BR Pro Poker an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the winning entries in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest, without giving credit to the designer. BR Pro Poker will retain all rights to the winning submission(s), including for promotional or marketing purposes. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to the rules and guidelines.

General Conditions

BR Pro Poker reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond BR Pro Poker's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by BR Pro Poker in its sole discretion.
